[ISS Support Case] Seeking Syntax Document Outlining Global Vs Local Tag Access ABCIP

Direct Email: Did some upgrades to our Dust collector by adding some new modules to read data from an opacity sensors but had issues reading the data in Intouch. I recently contacted tech support, but they could not answer why Intouch could not read to a local tag . We fixed the issue by making it a global on the PLC code. I know with factory talk you must add the scope and :: double colon when trying to read local (Selected scope on control logic) tags is there a tech note on how to do this I have completed the project but for future reference this could save some time.
