[ISS Support Case] Seeking options for Calling Up IP Cameras In InTouch

Options for connecting to IP camera. Group took on a project over their head. system is like 25 - 30 yrs old. cctv cameras 25-30 yr old call system. What do I need to do in intouch to actually ip cameras. All closed circuit hardware driven. Going through a multiplexer. CCTV to IP interface Architectural guidance what do I need from a hardware standpoint to call up IP cameras in intouch. Had a 'due-cane' system - DDE server to connect to cameras. Say I install VLC player can I use that to interface? meeting shortly objective is to have an intelligent conversation with client relaying options.
