[ISS Support Case] Replacement HMI Not Launching for a particular user

Issue: Client computer had a hardware issue. Setting up a new client computer, just finished configuring. But unable to open window viewer as a standard user. Set it (intouch) to run as Admin (still not working). This computer has two accounts (Administrator) and an operator account. View works using admin account. Switch to operator account ( encounters prompt)
