[ISS Support Case] Recipe Names Cut Off Narrow Column Format HF 1630068 Request

InTouch 2020 R2 SP1 (20.1.101) When opening recipe selector on a 4-monitor system, the recipe select window is very wide and very short, with very narrow columns showing only the first few characters of each recipe name. I need to have wider columns. I found this AVEVA note about a hotfix that will fix this. Can you check if this applies and can I get it? Sorry for tthe bad pic attached. This is just a "shadow" view of the thin client 4-monitor session. The narrow grey band across the middle of the screen is the recipe select. --------------------- Select dialog shows recipe names in a narrow column format Issue 1: The Recipe Select window displays recipe names in a narrow column format (as opposed to wide) and recipe names are cut off. The InTouch 2012 application displays the recipe select dialog box in Portrait format. However, the migrated InTouch 2020 R2 SP1 application displays the Recipe Select dialog box in Landscape format. Issue 2: The SQL Bind List is unreadable because the column width is too small. Resolution: Both issues are resolved with the following: Request HF 1630068 for Aveva System Platform 2020 R2 SP1.
