[ISS Support Case] Published Application cant find DLL Pen trend

Description

Its been a couple of weeks, and back on the wonderware upgrade. I downloaded the 2023 R2 SP1 on the new development pc, loaded the south plant published app, it updated and ran fine. Loaded the north plant published app, and it wont run, says it cant find DLL Pen trend.
