[ISS Support Case] PLC to OI Server Communication Failure

Client called in due to HMI screen showing blank which was connected to a specific PLC. The Server tree had 20+ PLC's listed under it and two of them seemed to not be sending data to Intouch. Confirmed this through test with WWClient $Sys$Status tag and some of the analog tags from the PLC's. The test were passed on all but two PLC's. Suggested to client to deactivate and reactivate OI server, but some of the connected PLC's are in live environments. Client advised they may need to migrate these PLC's back to the older servers in order to perform a server restart/repair.
