[ISS Support Case] Plant down. License cannot be acquired.

9/11/2024: -Had a power outage. -License Manager Version: 3.7 9/11/2024: -unable to aquire license. License manager seems to be not serving licenses properly even though the license are "In-Use". -Demo .LOC did not work .XML did not work. -Checked Date/Time. 9/12/2024: -Customer Ran repair on system. -Cannot access License manager. 503 Error. -License manager web service was not running. -Deactivating license, applying LM 3.7.002, then reactivating license to hopefully clear up LM files in the background.
