[ISS Support Case] Planning an upgrade compatible with Windows 10

Few questions about 2014 R2 Currently using classic InTouch on 2012 (10.5) and some at 2014 R2 running on Windows 7. Objective to get on windows 10. Would like to upgrade to 2020 R2 SP1, but they may need to stick with 2014 R2 SP1 P01 Current Drivers: - OI Core - ABTCP 2.1 - ABCIP 2.0 //also has DAS_ABCIP 50 Q1: Need to locate products: Q2: Can I do an in place upgrade?
