[ISS Support Case] Placing Application In Runtime Screen Is Cut Off

Description

Not sure what happened. My screen Window Maker to Window Viewer it's almost cut by a 3rd. Development screen Windows side set up 1280x1024. Go to WM shows the screen correct. In Full Screen Correct (still in WM). Switches to Runtime application screen is cut off.
