[ISS Support Case] OPC Communication Not Restored Undetermined Issue

2017 U3 SP1 P01 Siemen's PLC's (3 different PLC's) S7 400 S7 300 S7 300 Been running for a month now almost 2 months. Server based set up with Thin Clients. Had an issue with the application initially thought it froze. Had to log out and log back in. Logs indicate OPC communication disconnected but wasn't restored. CDP 2020 R2 7.2.0 Had a power issue yesterday that affected 3 of 5 stations. Today stations 1 & 2 had issues again related to logging out and logging back in. Communication was restored after about 30 min with no direct action by client. Weird thing was that this affected other stations. Seeing logged out and OPC connection failed to start messages in the logs.
