[ISS Support Case] Ongoing issue Exporting InTouch Application

Unable to Export a modern InTouch application (ongoing issue for about a year) Consistently getting - Error: Server Busy. This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose "Switch To" to activate the busy program and correct the problem. Nothing indicating why it would fail (WM is not open) Terminal Server 2016 2017 U3 Sp1 P01 Happens on multiple Terminal Servers in their environment - only thing that works is a full reboot of the system which causes down time Has had an ongoing resource issue (Wonderware being blamed) - CPU usage unusually high (going high and stays at 100 percent) - No one knows why WMIProviderHost GalaxyRepository Domain Environment
