[ISS Support Case] OI Communication Issue InTouch Application !Updating

Ref Case 86546: An InTouch Application (new implementation) is not communicating with the PLC. Modified installation thinking there might be some conflict with the CDP. After the modification licensing broke and case 86456 was created.
