[ISS Support Case] No license server available message.

No license server available. He has thinmanager with 7 terminals. This is 2014 r2 sp1. Problem started over the weekend. He has 1 terminal working and cannot get any others to work. They are using the .lic files. Date and time are correct. The license that is not working is used for multiple clients logging in to the server, RDS license. He can only run 1 view engine at a time. Tries to run windowviewer and gets message "the number of allowed tse session count has been exceeded"
