[ISS Support Case] No connection after PLC upgrade.

Description

7/17/2023: -Updated PLC. -One PC with application is populating data correctly. -The other PC with the same application is not receiving data. -New Tag's, are not populating data. -Workstation 5 (is the I/O Server) -"No local host, disconnected". -DASABCIP (Version 5) -SSGateway -Make file share for application.
