[ISS Support Case] Needs to Rebuild an Application using 2017 U2
Last updated: March 7th, 2025Description
After extensive work trying to fix the issue, I believe that I know what needs to be done. However, we are currently unable to do it. In addition to us not being able to do it, our maintenance has expired so we must wait until it is renewed. To resolve the issue, the following needs to be done: I have exported the tables, db, scripts, and Windows to a folder named "Export2" on the desktop of the tablet pc. A new application needs to be created using version 17.2. We cannot do this on the tablet PC because it is running 17.3. Applications made as 17.3 cannot import 17.2 windows and scripts. I've tried to create a new application on the Scada Server that runs 17.2. However, it stalls at a certain steps and never completes. We need someone from Insource to create a 17.2 application, and import our windows, scripts, and db into it. Once it's made, we can import it into the 17.3 application manager and it will upgrade it properly.
