[ISS Support Case] Needs to Edit Published Application

Description

have a published running on some legacy hardware. Is there a way to convert published 10.6 and use with 2014 R2 SP1? Going to be moving to 2023 soon. While this application can be upgraded I'm unable to go into WM with it. (Published).
