[ISS Support Case] Needs ArchestrA .lic for 2014 R2 Legacy System

Description

Older version 2014 R2 SP1 version 11.1.13 Worked with ISS resources Believed he should be able to upgrade to 2017 and use the current system, however the earliest OS is 8.1 he has WIndows 7. Has 4 projects on this machine wont be able to get to this until next week. Needs updated .lic
