[ISS Support Case] Modbus data not making it past OI server
Last updated: March 7th, 2025Description
We're communicating with several of the same devices via modbus. The devices are all created from the same template in system platform. The devices were previously communicating with the same Driver configurations on the OI server. Now, some of the device communications are working, but some aren't. The OI server appears to be communicating with all devices, but that data is not making it back to the application server as seen in the Object Viewer. I'm not sure what steps to take for troubleshooting next.
