[ISS Support Case] Migrated application suffering from performance issues

Description

Application was migrated from 2014 R2 SP1 to 2020 R2 SP1 and the migrated application is suffering from performance issues. In Runtime while moving from window to window there is occasional lag Will sporadically get the application is not responding pop up. Waiting allows the application catch up. pattern / repeatable / same windows? - seems sporadic Messages in the logger? - unknown Messages in Event viewer? - unknown
