[ISS Support Case] Migrated application not communicating with PLC

Trying to migrate an older migration 2012 - 2017 Copied over application file (completed steps in WM and migrated over the applcation) See's all windows there for that project Communication set up to PLC ( In previous case directed configure this in the OCMC) Old GE plc (has GESRTP installed) See's listing of processor > go into configuration (looks good) >clicking on PLC 3 tab windows
