[ISS Support Case] Method or TN for Importing Smart Symbols In A New Application

Working with Intouch 2014 problem created a new application (had one that was working) imported smart symbols in a new application (converted with local tag) imported screens imported tags first New symbols if you click the new symbol to edit does not work gets a pop up: not part of the smart library (something like that)
