[ISS Support Case] License not being Acquired after LM upgrade

3/29/2023: -Customer Upgraded client from 3.5 to 3.7.002 LM -Now when customer tries to get into Window viewer the License "Cannot be Acquired" -Does say license is in use. 2017 Update 3 SP1 3/29/2023: -Sent customer a DEMO License to see if the Client side would pick up the license. 3/30/2023: -Have not heard from customer.
