[ISS Support Case] License Is Already Activated Requesting Release

Direct Email: A customer scada computer is having a license issue. Attached is the offline activation request file. I previously went thru this process and sent the activation file to Insource. The file I received back gave me an error that the license was already activated. I think the license needs to be deactivated on the server before generating the receive activation file. Thanks,
