[ISS Support Case] ITAA Launches Managed App Copy But Gets No IO
Last updated: March 6th, 2025Description
Customer has 34 standalone legacy apps. Client has ITAA firing up a copy of the standalone app in WV. Piggybacking ITAA of of that. So that he is not impacting the production machine. He has his own copy of InTouch that he is launching. Starting up a brand new intouch view ITAA to that (so he has his own copy). His process is working for 34 out of 35 applications. The 35th app is a managed app in the galaxy. Deployed to a separate production area. Client is trying to copy the folder of the managed app and open the managed app / run it like its a standalone. The InTouch app will launch but not getting / connecting any IO. Can that work at all ?
