[ISS Support Case] Issue with InTouch connection to ABCIP

When the operators initially launch the application, the IO connects with no problem. The application will run with no issue. After an undetermined amount of time, the OI Server disconnects and cannot be re-established without restarting the application. The random disconnection, even after the tag DB has been persisted makes no sense to me. Here are a couple of interesting notes--- If I run another instance of the application on the same server, the IO will connect, even while the production PC will not. Also I have other CompactLogix L32E v16.2 PLCs that run flawlessly, but they are NOT deployed, and the OI version is the G-2.0 v7.0.0 (not sure if this makes a difference) This seems to occur every time they user walks away from the HMI for a while and then returns.
