[ISS Support Case] InTouch Runtime Service failing

We have been having issues with our system for a couple of weeks. We have alarms not being sent out and then when we receive alarms, we cannot acknowledge them. I have worked with WIN-911 for days and they believe this to be an issue with InSource Wonderware. We cannon acknowledge an alarm either on phone in WIN-911 or in Wonderware. FYI, we performed the tested Windows Updates on 08/29 which is approximately when these issues began happening.
