[ISS Support Case] InTouch PCS Service Memory Consumption Issue

Description

Intermittently the server that is running InTouch will launch a PCS frame host service which will run until it consumes all available RAM and locks up the server. The graphics in InTouch application also stop rendering and freeze during this time.
