[ISS Support Case] InTouch Login Issue

When client is attempting to remotely login into InTouch users are presented with the following error message: "This InTouch application could acquire a ReadWrite license for Remote Desktop Services client." User's who were logged in when the issue began will start to experience the issue after logout. They are not able to log back in.
