[ISS Support Case] InTouch Generic Memory Leak Investigation

Seeing memory leak, have dell touch screen computers ELO monitors 2020 R2 SP1. Memory on the RAM going over 90% Moving back and forth between windows rapidly causes issue. Reboot, About 6hrs, closing Intouch does not have any impact. No antivirus, defender disabled (fully open) no windows updates ever.
