[ISS Support Case] InTouch Error - NAD unable to download new application

When I try to run a deployed managed InTouch View App on a terminal server session, I receive the error "NAD unable to download new application". Reviewing AVEVA's knowledgebase, a suggestion is: "For Aveva System Platform 2020 R2 request Hot Fix 1389107 For Aveva System Platform 2020 R2 P01 request Hot Fix 143707" Could I plrease receive this Hot Fix to see if it solves my problem?
