[ISS Support Case] Intouch Cross Reference not correct in While showing scripts 2017 U3 SP1 P01

Client is having issues with cross reference utility accurately showing tags in While showing scripts (on show and on hide). Standalone InTouch, cleared Metadata folder but the issue persists. See attached Word document. using 2017 U3 SP1 P01
