[ISS Support Case] InTouch Communication Issue

Client has two Published InTouch applications running in separate sessions running on one server with different user accounts. This is on Windows Server 2022. The client session is using some tags through the access name being associated with IP address of the Master session through the application portion of the access name. These tags are not showing any communication within the application.
