[ISS Support Case] Intouch Application Import Symbol Missing Red X

I am trying to convert a Wonderware 2020 R2 application to 2023. My windows and scripts import, but the Industrial Graphic Library and all of my custom symbols do not. In the windows, every symbol is shown as "empty" in a white box with a red X. I'm sure you are busy, but we are on site now so we would appreciate any response. Also, I am sending this with my father's information. Me and my Uncle would like to set up our own accounts if that is something you could help us with. Thank you.
