[ISS Support Case] InTouch app is very slow to deploy

Description

Since upgrading to 2023 with Patch 2 last week, almost everything is faster in IDE, which is awesome! But sometimes deploying our managed InTouch application is REALLY slow (like over 5 minutes) and sometimes it's ~30 seconds. I think a correlation is: if it's the first time deploying a change to the InTouch viewapp, say to RemoteNode1, it takes a long time. Then if you make no changes and deploy to RemoteNote2, it's fast.
