[ISS Support Case] InTouch alarms not working after restart

Client is experiencing an issue with alarms not displaying after a restart. In addition, I/O data is displayed correctly in WindowViewer when launching WindowViewer from the runtime tab in InTouch but not when launching WindowViewer directly or from Application Manager . Alarm data is not displaying correctly at all. Everything was working fine before the restart. Client is also seeing errors related to alarms when opening the alarm window in WindowMaker. Reboot resolves but can also access WM before accessing WV and the SCADA IO is recovered. Alarms do not restore until a reboot vs restart.
