[ISS Support Case] InTouch 2023 R2 ODBC 64-Bit

I wanted to double check if the latest InTouch installed on Windows 11 Pro can talk with Oracle database through ODBC driver 64-bit? The AVEVA website lists a lot of conflicting and outdated articles about InTouch is only a 32-bit application and can not support ODBC 64-bit driver, and other links says otherwise.
