[ISS Support Case] Intouch 2023 dynamic resolution change

I want to have windowmaker convert an application to a new resolution but no longer get prompted with version 2023 P02. Also, the application will not dynamically scale in View either. App was developed in 1024x768 and I want to convert it to 1920x1080.
