[ISS Support Case] Industrial graphic visibility not showing unless same tag is being read elsewhere

I have an issue with InTouch 2020R2 SP1 and specifically related to Industrial Graphics. One of our faceplates should show a value under 2 conditions however, whatever I try, the value always remains hidden, except when I call the faceplate in a web browser when the project is running as a web client. I have included 3 pictures below. Picture 1 showing no value in blue, just over the word bar, picture 2 showing the visibility animation with the condition and picture 3 the same faceplate but accessed through a web browser. I have tried various variations on the expression but nothing is working.
