[ISS Support Case] Imcompatible Version

GR has hotfix and a test system does not so we cannot restore the galaxy. Tried installing hotfix on test system and get the same message. The WWcdi and WWPackageServer dll files were updated. We moved the newer dll files from the gr to the test node and import still failed.
