[ISS Support Case] Gets a License Expired Notification But Licenses Are Good

We have 3 HMI that work (in sequence together) HMI 1 2 and 5. We have a license update on 11.14 of this year. But one of the HMI's says it's expired. I restarted the machine and now unable to open WM. looked in primary license server it says license is good till 11.15 InTouch 2017 AVEVA LM 3.7.002 Remote support is not possible.
