[ISS Support Case] Failure to Acquire License

Client called in due to failure to acquire license message. Client is using .LOC license and it stored in the correct folder. When checking this file it showed blank as well. "LocalBackEndAcquireInfo.xml." Had client delete file and retry still no success. When using Demo license application was able to load up after conversion.
