[ISS Support Case] failed to poke item

Description

They have a new InTouch view app they created from the default template. They cannot write to any discrete tag, but they can read all tags. They can write to tags in object viewer and other view apps. "Failed to poke item" in the logs when they try to write to the tag in InTouch abcip communication driver no compatibility issues they were able to write to the tag when they created a new project in application manager
