[ISS Support Case] Failed to open InTouch application on an Existing Development System

Having trouble with a modern application 2017 U2. Has been editing this application for a while now (no issues). For some reason it will no longer open in Window Maker or WV. Application acts like it's opening but does not do anything. Checked for Appedit.lok but it did not exist. Now ready to export screens to the client application and this trouble started Sees opening RPC SCADA (popup) and then nothing. Issue started when the client disconnected from the process network. due to some work being performed overhead. Remote connection not possible
