[ISS Support Case] Error When Opening WindowViewer

Description

Client called in as they were receiving error message stating the following when trying to open WindowViewer: "Application developed with Win16 version of InTouch. Must be run WindowMaker first." When trying to open WindowMaker they would receive the error message stating: Application "File path" was developed with a Win16 version of InTouch. Older than version 5.0 Cannot migrate.
