[ISS Support Case] Error: "Can't attach to InTouch" when using custom IDEA toolkit driver

Client is using a custom driver developed with the IDEA toolkit. Client is experiencing the following driver error after updating to Windows 11: Error: "Can't attach to InTouch" Client has developed a custom driver and is utilizing the PTACC.DLL. The DLL attaches to the runtime database InTouch. Get notifications if tags changes and able to write to tags. Specifically, the driver fails to connect to InTouch on the initialization command PtAccInit Client has not experienced any issues with Windows 10 and older. But on upgraded and new Win11 boxes the PtAccInit command fails. Windows 11 24H2 OS Build 26100.3775 Aveva Intouch 2020R2 SP1 20.1.100
