[ISS Support Case] Errantly Gets Migration Pop Up When Opening an Application

Description

When opening WV gets a pop up that the application needs to be upgraded. Was provided a demo license to assist with the migration but both stations are running the same version of the product 17.2.000. LM is 3.3.
