[ISS Support Case] Development License Not Working As Expected

Description

I installed a runtime license on the HMI that I will be using and it seems to have installed. I then tried to install my development license on the same HMI to try and open the application but this license is in the xxx.LIC extension type and it says invalid file type or similar if I try to put it on the HMI.
