[ISS Support Case] Converting Managed InTouch to Standalone InTouch for Offline Development

Managed Application Question using 2014 R2 Sp1. Familiar with editing a managed app.. Opens IDE - Edits Application - Launches WM - Closes and deploys Trying to edit offline as a standalone app. Would it be possible to convert a Managed App to Standalone, edit in Window Maker on a development laptop and convert the application back to a managed app? Has an integrator who needs to make changes to the template and does not have access to the Galaxy at his office.
