[ISS Support Case] Configurator Will Not Open On Historian

The configurator utility will not load on the server running our historian. I can see the process start and stay running but the actual window will never pop up Tries to launch Constructor FeaturePlugin: Exception occurred in FeaturePluginC'tor Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Program Files (x86)\Wonderware\InTouch\InTouchRegisterPlugin\AIMRegisterPlugin.dll' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
