[ISS Support Case] Buttons do nothing when depressed inside of Intouch HMI.

Description

8/28/2024: -Windowmaker -When they go into runtime, there are certain buttons that are not "working" they do nothing. -Client side is working fine. But the two "dev" machines are doing the exact same thing. (Both dev's are VM's). -Started messing up a couple of weeks ago. -Button to ACK does not clear the alarms. -Running a Key-Script. Action-Script. -Office #: (870)-409-5288 -Any button associated to input it does not work. 8/29/2024: -Called AVEVA, waiting on a call back or email back. 8/29/2024: -Called customer to follow up. He will be out of town until 9/4/2024. 9/10/2024: -Updated Case inside AVEVA platform, Awaiting word from AVEVA. 9/11/2024: -Meeting with Tier 2 support. -Seems to be more and more license related than anything. -Sending customer a .loc Demo license to test 9/12/2024: -LM: 3.5.1 -LS: 3.5.1 -Platform: 3.5.1 9/13/2024: -Set in meeting waiting for customer with Tier 2 support for 10 minutes, left the customer a VM that we would disengage at 12:10 P.M EST if he did not join.
